Welcome to Quaroni Photos! We're the father/son team of Andrea and Daniel Quaroni.

About the artists:

Andrea originally hails from Northern Italy, where as a child he spent much of his time during the summer months in the mountains searching for mushrooms. He now combines his love of mushrooms with his photography skills to produce the beautiful fungi photos you see on this site.

Daniel has been practicing as a hobbyist in visual arts such as 3D art and animation, video, and photography since he was twelve years old. He now puts his skills to use preparing the photographs you see on this site. In addition, you can find some of his photographs within these pages.

Andrea and Daniel both shoot digital photos using their Nikon cameras. The images are processed with Photoshop to maximize their quality, then printed on an Epson Stylus Pro 7600 wide-format photographic printer using Ultrachrome inks. Testing has shown that the prints we make should last up to 71 years without noticeable fading or changes in color balance. (Never store photographs in direct sunlight or you will find that prints of any type will have a far lower life expectancy). The photos are then mounted on acid-free museum quality mat board using acid-free adhesives, ready to be framed and displayed for years to come.

We're always happy to hear from you, so please send your questions for us to info@quaroniphotos.com and enjoy the photos!
